“It’s a Wrap”
In a large skillet, steam celery, green onions, and peppers in 1 cup water.
Add the red pepper flakes and Bragg’s aminos. Add ketchup and Yves veggie ground.
Simmer until vegetables are done, adding more water if it gets too dry.
Spread tortillas with vegenaise, add filling and roll up. Top with vegan cheese if desired.
