Breakfasts That Will Make Your Morning!
Rinse the quinoa in a sieve, stirring, for a couple of minutes.
Put the quinoa and water in a small pot and bring to a boil. Quickly reduce to a simmer and cover.
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and let set, covered for about 5 minutes.
Divided the quinoa evenly between 4 bowls (about ¾ cup).
Top each bowl with 2 Tbsp of the apricots, raisins, nuts, and seeds.
Add ½ c milk to each bowl if desired.
Add stevia to taste. Stir it in well. Enjoy!
