“Breakfast Made Simple”
Bring water to a boil.
Add quinoa and salt.
Cover and simmer on low for 20 to 22 minutes. Quinoa will be transparent.
Add in maple syrup, nuts, and blueberries.
For a creamier texture, add plant-based milk.
