Put all ingredients in high power blender.
Add a little bit of water and begin blending until smooth.
It should resemble pancake batter.
Pour mixture unto preheated pan forming thin circles.
Cook on both sides, about minutes on each side.
Serve with bread, lettuce, tomato and veggie mayo.
