Add gluten flour to mixture and mix until all flour is absorbed.
Cut parchment and foil sheets to fit sausages when formed.
Form sausages into desired size.
Wrap with the parchment then the foil and twist the ends.
Steam for 20-30 mins. Then remove from heat and let cool before unwrapping.
Brown sausages and use in recipes or refrigerate/freeze.
