When the yeast is ready, pour it into a large container and add the flour mixture plus the salt.
Mix with your hands or a spatula until all the dry ingredients are well incorporated into a smooth, manageable dough.
Lightly put some flour on the bottom of the dough, but DO NOT mix it, this will make it easier to remove later.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm, dry place (or inside a preheated oven on the lowest temperature for 5 minutes and then turn it off).
Once risen, spread the dough on a flat surface. Continue adding flour if it sticks to your hands, or the surface or rolling pin.
Once the dough is spread, add the grated garlic to it.
Shape the dough into a round loaf by folding it over itself a few times.
Sprinkle vegan parmesan cheese.
Finally, form the dough into a round loaf or a loaf.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let rest for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Brush with water and sugar and bake for 5 more minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes in the pan and then transfer to a cooling rack.
