Cook macaroni according to directions on package and set aside.
Melt soy margarine in saucepan; add flour and salt. Stir until bubbly; add cold soymilk slowly, stir until sauce is smooth and thickened. Add Daiya cheddar cheese, nutritional yeast, turmeric and soy parmesan cheese. Save 1 teaspoon for topping; stir until smooth. Mix in hot noodles.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish; pour in macaroni mixture. Sprinkle saved parmesan and cheddar cheeses shredded on top cover with breadcrumbs. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
