In a large bowl, stir together flours, salt and baking powder; set aside.
In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, cream together soy margarine and Florida Crystals. Add Just Egg, and vanilla extract; mix well. Stir in mashed ripe bananas.
Stir flour mixture into banana mixture and add in carob chips. Stir until well blended.
Spread batter evenly into a greased 8 by 11 oblong glass baking dish. Bake for 30 – 40 minutes until golden brown, or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 15 minutes and cut into bars.
