In a large skillet on medium heat put the onion, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Sauté until the onions are almost done.
Add the ketchup, sugar, Braggs Liquid Aminos, lemon juice and fruit sweetened Apricot jam and simmer until onions are done.
Take off of stove and put another skillet on the stove on high heat.
Place a soft taco in the hot skillet and slightly brown on both sides.
Fold the soft Taco in half and fill with ½ cup of barbecue chicken.
Top with a sprinkle of vegan shredded cheese and a dab of sour cream and garnish with jalapeno slices.
Serve hot or cold.
