In a bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the vegan butter by cutting it into the flour mixture, by using a fork or a pastry cutter, until the texture is resembles a course meal.
Add the dairy-free milk and stir with a spoon until it is just combined.
Transfer the dough on a lightly floured surface, and pat it down into about 1-inch thick. Using a cookie cutter or biscuit cutter, cut the biscuits out. Place them on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they start to turn golden brown. Remove biscuits from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
