Ingredients

2 cans black beans, drained (or 3 cups)
2 cans corn, drained (or 3 cups)
1 cup Edamame
2 Tomatoes, diced
2 Avocados, diced
3-4 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
4 Tbsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste

Steps

Step 1
In a bowl combine drained black beans, corn, edamame, cilantro, lemon juice and salt. Stir until it is well combined.
Step 2
Gently stir in the diced tomatoes and avocados.

Can u use lime instead of lemon.
