“Colorful Supper Ideas”
Crust: In a blender blend oats, walnuts, dates and vanilla flavoring. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of tart dish.
Filling: In a food processor blend tofu, vanilla flavoring and honey. Add pudding mixes and blend again until smooth.
Pour filling into prepared crust, using a spatula smooth mixture evenly on top.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until firm. Garnish with blackberries and chopped kiwi.
