Cut the tofu into cubes about the size of a dice.
Sprinkle the tofu cubes with cornstarch to cover it completely.
In a hot pan, with a little oil, fry the tofu cubes on all sides until they are crispy and golden brown.
Wash and cut the broccoli into medium pieces.
Place broccoli in boiled water for 3-4 minutes or until bright green and take out immediately.
Mix the roasted tofu, broccoli and Teriyaki Sauce and serve immediately.
