“Quick & Easy Supper Meals”
Preheat oven 350°F. Using a hand mixer, cream margarine and add Florida Crystals and Egg Replacer together until fluffy and smooth. Add almond flavoring, vanilla extract and tofu; mix well.
In medium bowl sift in pastry flour. Add carob powder and salt, fold into creamed mixture. Stir in 1/2 c walnuts, use remaining for garnish.
Spray 9-inch square baking dish and add carob mixture. Bake for 30 minutes, cool slightly before spreading on Carob Frosting. Makes 12
