Thanksgiving Supper Celebration
Preheat oven 350°F. In small bowl add lemon juice to soymilk and water. Mix together and let stand 5 minutes.
In a large bowl sift flours, egg replacer, salt, coriander and baking powder; set aside.
Stir together soymilk mixture, oil and fructose; mix well. Pour liquid into dry ingredients and beat with hand mixer until smooth.
Stir in carrots, raisins and walnuts; mix well.
Grease a Bundt pan pour in batter. Bake for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pan.
After cake cools cover with the Orange Sauce.
