Soak raw cashews for 4 hours or overnight.
Drain and rinse the cashews.
In a blender on high power blend cashews.
Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
Note: This cashew sour cream can keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
