In a food processer or blender, combine walnuts, flour, oats, salt and spices. Process into mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Warm the agave nectar and maple syrup and add to walnut mixture. Mix well.
Pack into a 1 1/2 inch scoop and place on oiled baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, being careful not to over-bake. Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar if you like.
