Put all ingredients (except crumbles) into Vitamix or high-powered blender and blend until hot and steamy, about 3-5 minutes.

Pour over your favorite corn chips and cover with sauce. Add crumbles and any condiments of choice

Note: Follow package instructions for hydrating taco crumbles. Add pickled jalapenos!
