Place all ingredients into a blender, reserving 1 cup of water, puree until creamy smooth.

Add additional reserved water until desired consistency if needed.

Ina medium sauce pan, pour contents from blender and cook on medium low heat while stirring until cheese sauce is hot, about 6-8 minutes.

Serve with your favorite dish or as a dipping sauce.
