“Some things for every day and some things for special occasions too because life has both!”
Blend all ingredients, except the walnuts, in the blender until smooth.
Cook in a pot, stirring, over medium heat, until it comes to a simmer.
Line a 1 quart bowl (or two 2 cup bowls), or other mold, with plastic wrap and pour the hot cheese into the bowl.
Chill for at least 12 hours.
When fully chilled and set, flip the cheese onto a plate and remove the plastic wrap.
Press finely chopped walnuts into the ball. Brush off any nuts that fall onto the serving plate before serving.
Serve with crackers, pita chips, or raw vegetables cut in matchstick.
