Heat olive oil in skillet, add onion, pepper, garlic and mock chicken strips. Sauté until tender.
Heat tortillas over the steaming vegetable mixture. Place tortilla on plate and fill with vegetables.
Roll up loosely and place seam side down. Garnish with salsa, soy sour cream and chopped chives.
Serve with tortilla chips and/or black beans and rice.

Have you learned about frying in oil and how harmful it is? The ingredients look delicious, however. The prepared chicken strips have questionable ingredients, sometimes, though. Thank-you.
