“Holidays Made Simple”
Melt carob chips and nut butter in a heavy-bottom saucepan.
Once melted, remove from heat and stir in fruit, almonds, and peppermint.
Spread onto a parchment paper lined jelly roll pan, cookie sheet, or casserole dish.
Top with coconut flakes.
Refrigerate or freeze for 30 minutes.
Break into pieces.
Store in a ziplock bag in the freezer.
