In a heavy bottom pan add rice, water, seasoning, garlic, and salt and cook covered on medium heat until liquid has evaporated.

Remove from heat and add lime juice by pouring slowly over rice and stirring to add evenly.

Add your cilantro and lime zest mixing evenly. Serve warm.

Note:  Depending on how much lime flavor you like, you can use less or more. I prefer to have that bold lime flavor in my rice dish.
