1 ¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt or salt of your choice
3 Tbsp honey, maple syrup, or raw blue agave nectar (or ¼ cup chopped dates, softened in warm water)
2 Tbsp vanilla or maple flavoring

Preheat waffle iron.
Step 2
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. This makes a thick waffle batter. If it is too thick, add a bit of water too thin the consistency, and make a more pourable batter.
