2 whole potatoes, cooked, cooled, peeled, diced large
2 pickled cucumbers, sliced in rounds
1 fresh cucumber, sliced in rounds
2 tomatoes, rough-chopped
½ onion (red, white, or yellow), sliced in rings
½ cup canned green peas, drained
parsley and dill
salt
unrefined sunflower oil
Steps
Step 1
Cook potatoes with the skins on. Cool.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large dice. Add pickled and fresh cucumber slices, chopped tomatoes, onion rings, canned green peas, and a dash of parsley and dill. Stir in salt and oil.
