Preheat broiler.
Steam potatoes 6 minutes or crisp to tender.
Rinse under cold water.
Dry with paper towels.
Sprinkle tofu evenly with Stubbs beef-like seasoning.
Thread potatoes into 4 (10-inch) metal skewers, alternating with tofu and onion.
Spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle with rosemary and paprika.
Place kabobs on baking sheet; broil 4 minutes.
Turn over, and broil 4 more or until tofu is brown.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Spoon lemon mixture evenly over kabobs.
