Use fork to mash margarine into flour mixture until it resembles course meal; add dried cherries and mix well.
Combine soy milk and maple syrup. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 5 times.
Pat dough into an 8-inch circle on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Cut dough into 12 wedges, cutting into dough, but not though, dough.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
