Sauté onions and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, combine water, Bragg’s aminos, olive oil and cornstarch.
In a large bowl, combine bran flakes, onions, nuts, flaxseed, rice and seasonings, and mix. Mix in liquid ingredients.
Place into oil-sprayed baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
