Precook lasagna noodles until al dente (about 8 minutes). Rinse and drain. Cut into fourths and set aside.
In a large, deep skillet, heat burger crumbles in olive oil, then add spaghetti sauce, water, Italian seasoning and minced garlic.
Mix parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and chicken style into the tofu. Spoon tofu into sauce mixture. Do not stir.
Place noodles on top, one at a time, pressing down gently until all the noodles are in the skillet.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Daiya cheese and serve.
