Ingredients

small potatoes or chopped and peeled potatoes, half pound
Sauce
4 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
2 green onion chopped
½ tsp sesame oil
sesame seeds

Steps

Step 1
Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
Step 2
Boil potatoes till fork tender, then add in a separate pan with 2 tsp oil.
Step 3
Add sauce and cook covered for 10 minutes.
