Mash the garbanzo beans by hand or roughly chop in food processor.
Mix everything together. Chill. (If you don’t have McKay’s Chicken Style Seasoning, you can make your own Chicken Style Seasoning Powder. Same for vegan mayo – you can make Tofu Mayonnaise.)
Eat in a sandwich, on a bed of lettuce or spinach, or with pita chips.
