Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

3 cups or 2-14 oz can of chickpeas, drained
3-4 cloves garlic
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup tahini or ⅓ cup sesame seeds, toasted
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
½ cup water
Paprika for garnish

Steps

Step 1
Add all to blender or food processor except paprika.
Step 2
Blend until smooth and desired consistency has been reached.
Step 3
Add additional water if too thick.
Step 4
Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.

Serve with warmed pita triangles.
