Scrub the apples.
Wash and peel carrots.
Juice all ingredients.
Serve immediately!
You may mix any apples you might have on hand. Maybe you bought too many apples for that special apple pie! I like to use the carrots from time to time for the coloring and of course, the additional nutrition value.
