In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, almond milk, vanilla and molasses and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients, adding flour last, and mix well until a soft dough is formed.
Wrap and refrigerate for an hour or two. Roll out on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
Cut into shapes and placed on oiled baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes.
Decorate with dried fruit and pieces of fruit leather cut into bow ties for the gentlemen and skirts for the ladies.
