“Balanced Meals”
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, flour, coriander, cardamom and cane juice crystal.
Mix well. Add coconut milk and mix well with hands.
Spread on two baking sheets and bake at 200 degrees for 6 – 8 hours, or overnight. Cool.
Store covered in a cool, dry place.
