Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cut Linkettes at an angle into ½- inch thick slices and sauté in pan until golden brown.
For dressing, combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Toss together cabbage, carrots, and hot dogs. Add dressing and mix well.
Tear hot dog buns into bite-sized pieces. Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Grill until golden brown on all sides. Add to salad just before serving.
