Whisk ingredients for lemon marinade together and set aside to mariate for at least a couple of hours.
Dip tofu in marinade and refrigerate overnight. Fry in a little olive oil until browned.
Combine olive relish ingredients and mix. Spoon a little olive relish on each slice of tofu.
