Cut zucchini on a slant
Drizzle with olive oil and hand mix
Grill on ridged skillet
Sauté onions until translucent
Turn zucchini when ridges show, brush more oil on skillet if needed.
Add salt last.
Serve zucchini with sautéd onions on top.
