“Potato Reset/Nutrient Dense Weight Loss Recipes”
Thinly slice potatoes width-wise, not cutting all the way through.
Thinly slice peeled garlic cloves to get large thin slices.
Place of stuff the garlic slices in between each potato cut. Add a few bay leaves in some of the cuts as well, and sprinkle with salt, to taste.
Wrap in parchment, then foil, and bake at 400°F for 50 minutes. Open wrap and bake for another 10 minutes.
Enjoy drizzled with Cauliflower Sauce.
