In a medium bowl, mash the Loma Linda® Big Franks with a fork or potato masher until you have small to medium crumbles.
In a small bowl, mix the Vegenaise, Sriracha, and pickle relish. Add the Loma Linda® Big Franks and mix well.
Spread ½ cup onto each of 4 bread slices, then top with another slice. Cut in half.
