1½ cups coconut milk or any other plant-based milk of choice
Steps
Step 1
Place the rice and water in a high-speed blender and mix together until fully blended.
Step 2
Add seasonings and milk to blender and mix all together to incorporate.
Step 3
Place in a pitcher and refrigerate.
Step 4
Pour over ice and serve.
Makes 8 cups.

is there some filtering process….you can still feel the rice

Hello, Elaine. If you would like to run it through a filter to achieve the texture you prefer, that would be just fine. So sorry for the delayed response.
