Ingredients

4 cups cooked garbanzo beans
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup water
4 cloves garlic
½ tsp paprika
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp Tahini
3 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

Steps

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until it turns into a smooth consistency.
Step 2
Now it’s your time to enjoy and use in the hummus wrap.
