Drain chickpeas, rinse, then throw into a food processor with the remaining ingredients of hummus and blend until smooth, if it’s too thick continue to add a little water until desired consistency is reached.
If you prefer chunkier hummus, pulse until desired texture is reached.
Garnish with your desired toppings. You can create pita bread pockets and spread the hummus or use the pita bread to dip in the hummus. Enjoy!
