“Potluck Prized Recipes”
In a large wok or pan, heat oil or water. Sauté ginger, garlic, chili, and 2 Tbsp spring onion/scallion.
Add onion. Fry on high heat. Add carrot, cabbage, green beans, green bell pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes.
Add turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt. Sauté until spices turn aromatic.
Add tomato sauce, lemon juice, and fish sauce or coconut aminos. Stir fry until well combined.
Add cooked noodles and remaining 2 Tbsp spring onions/scallions. Mix well and enjoy!
