“Sweet Delights”
In a large bowl, place the soy margarine, sugar and pure maple syrup and beat till smooth with an electric mixer.
Add the soymilk and vanilla and whip till mixed in.
Mix all the dry ingredients and blend till smooth.
Spray a 16 x 12 x 1-inch with vegetable spray and spread the dough over the pan.
Mix the Peanut butter filling together and spread over the top over cookie dough.
Sprinkle all the carob chips on top of peanut butter filling.
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
