Divide ½ the granola into 4 small parfait dishes.

In a medium bowl add yogurt, lemon flavoring, and stevia. Mix well.

Spoon ½ the mixture into the parfait dishes. Spoon in the remaining granola and top with the remaining yogurt mixture.

Cover with fresh fruit and serve chilled. You can add your favorite whipped topping.
