Pre-cook the black lentils (or lentils of any color) and mash.
Pre-cook the black beans and mash.
Add the lentils and the beans together and mix/mash together.
Add the salt, breadcrumbs, cornstarch, parsley, cumin, paprika to the mixture.
Finely chop/dice the onions. Add to the mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Form the mixture into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes at 375. (may need to spray the patties and flip half way through)
