“Lentil Loaf with Fresh Tomato Sauce”
Combine boiled lentils, boiled crushed whole wheat, salt, 2 tablespoons of oil, crushed garlic cloves, onion, dried basil, marjoram, and coriander. Mix everything.
Sprinkle your baking sheet with a little bit of olive oil. Pour out the lentil mixture and smooth it.
Put it in the oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
For the sauce, blend 3 tomatoes with parsley, salt, honey and ½ a cup of dairy-free sour cream.
Serve the Lentil loaf with fresh tomato sauce and fresh vegetables.
