Preheat oven 325°F. Tear 2 slices bread into pieces arid whiz in blender to make crumbs; repeat to make 6 cups. Place bread crumbs in a large bowl.
In a blender, whiz mango slices, 2 bananas, ⅓ cup raisins, vanilla extract, and almond extract together; set aside.
In a 8×8 square glass dish place 2 cups breadcrumbs. Layer using ½ of the liquid, 1 banana sliced thin, and ½ cup raisins. Repeat layering ending with last ⅓ of crumbs, and remaining juice. Bake for 45 minutes.
