Combine the filling ingredients into a bowl and stir until cornstarch is dissolved. Pour into baking dish.

Using the same bowl, add the topping ingredients and use your hands to mix/massage until the oats are not dry.

Sprinkle topping evenly on top of filling.

Place in oven and bake for 25 mins until topping begins to turn golden brown.
